Policies and Procedures
SESSIONS
Classes will be offered in 8-week sessions.
Session schedules will be established each year and
will be available at the front desk.
REGISTRATION
To register for classes, each family must
fill out a registration form and sign a class waiver.
This may be done in person or on-line at our website,
www.gymcc.com. A $35 family
registration fee is due at initial registration and on your
anniversary each calendar year thereafter. The fee helps
defray administrative costs incurred in our programs.
CLASS ENROLLMENT
To enroll in a class, contact the front
office. They will help you find a
class that fits your schedule.
Once a student is enrolled in a particular class, they are
guaranteed a spot in that class for all future sessions, as
long as they re-enroll before the final week of the current
session. During the final week
of a session, all remaining open spaces will be made available
to new students and will be filled on a first-come basis.
When a class becomes full,
enrollment will be closed and a waitlist will be formed.
As openings become available, students on the waitlist
will be contacted.
New students may enroll in
classes at any time during a session, subject to availability.
Tuition will be pro-rated for the number of weeks left
in that session.
We reserve the right to close
any class with less than four students enrolled after the
first week of the session.
TUITION
Buddy & Me, Preschool I & II (50 minute
classes):
$110 per session.
Preschool III & all other 1-hour classes:
$120 per session.
Intermediate Gymnastics (1 ½ hr class):
$160 per session.
