POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
TUITION
- Due on the 1st of every month
- If payment is not received by the 15th , your child will not be allowed to participate in their class.
- Payments can be made at the front desk by CHECK, CASH, CREDIT CARD, or AUTO-BILLING ( use this method and receive a 5% discount on monthly tuition)
- Tuition will be prorated for those who register after the first of the month
ANNUAL ADMINSTRATION FEE
- A $35 family registration is due at initial registration and on your anniversary thereafter. The fee helps defray administrative costs incurred in the programs we offer.
DISCOUNTS
- $10 discount for each additional child on monthly tuition
- $10 discount on each additional class
MAKE-UPS
- Make-ups must be scheduled at the front desk
- Make-ups must be made within the month the class was missed
- Make-ups are subject to the availability of class times
DROP PROCEDURES
- A drop notice must be completed by the 15th of the month prior to stopping classes to avoid being billed for the next month.
GENERAL PROCEDURES
- Only the student and the instructor are allowed on the gym floor
- Students may wear leotards or shorts and t-shirts
- Please remove jewelry prior to the start of class
- No gum on the gym floor
BAD WEATHER DAYS
- If the gym is closed due to bad weather, an announcement will be on the gym answering machine. Make-up classes will be scheduled if necessary.

- September 6 – Labor Day
- November 25 – 28 – Thanksgiving
- December 20 – January 2 – Christmas Holidays
- May 30 - Memorial Day
- July 4 - Independence Day
- July 30 – August 7 - Summer Vacation
OFFICE HOURS
- Monday – Thursday 9 a.m.-12 p.m. 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.
- Friday 12 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
